IT IS time to get entries ready for this year’s competitions at Woolorama.
The Woolorama show schedule has been released and can be found at woolorama.com.au
The schedule is a handy guide to entering the many different sections of Woolorama and contains vital information for exhibitors such as classes, head steward contact information, due dates, prize money, presentation times and entry forms.
Information is available on all sections from livestock, wool, sheepdogs, shearing, new release, utes, designer of the year, art, photography and creative craft and cookery.
Sections have been upgraded and classes refined and there are a few new classes.
Woolorama is celebrating 40 years as an autumn show and there is a fantastic competition for the best birthday cake in the cooking section.
There are four new classes in the special junior section to commemorate Woolorama’s birthday.
They include a couple of biscuit decorating sections and cakes that have great prize money up for grabs.
Entries in these sections will be shared at a special Woolorama birthday party on Saturday in the Eric Farrow Pavilion.
There will be cake, balloons, lollies and fruit given away.
See section P for more information.
Others will also have an opportunity to compete in the Woolorama birthday cake competition with a fantastic cash prize.
Download the schedule from the website or contact the Woolorama office to get a hard copy.
